BC Racing DS Series Coilovers For Acura RL KA9 96-04

The BC Racing DS Series Coilovers for the Acura RL KA9 are BC Racing’s entry level track coilover kit.

These coilovers come with most of the same features as the BR Series, with one big differenting factor: digressive valving in the dampers.

Digressive valving allows the dampers to give more feel and control at lower piston speeds (small bumpers), while maintaining stability at high piston speeds (large bumpers), making them perfect for track use (at the expense of a little bit of comfort).

This feature makes the DS Series a great option for people on a budget who intend to track their cars or participate in club level motorsport such as autocross.

Along with the digressive valving, they feature:

• Monotube Dampers with 30 clicks of dampening adjustment (rebound/compression simulatenous)
• 1-3 inches of lowering on most models (2-4 inches on Extreme Low versions)
